BAD SERVICE

So dissapointed with the service am getting from Buffalo ,I ordered from Temu and it says my parcel was delivered at 5:38 in the morning and that alone proves that no delivery was made I mean who delivers at 5:00 am .I have been calling everyday since Saturday and being told that they are investigating .I asked for a supervisor but they refuse to give the supervisor and they refused to give me as refund
