"They sent me an email stating that I had received my parcel, but I did not receive it. I've been trying to get hold of them, but they are not picking up. According to the tracking information, my parcel was received/signed for by someone named Urline. I didn’t even receive a call from the delivery guy saying they have my parcel. 😡"
