Bad service

The Buffalo Express guys are arrogant and don't respect their given customers, my wife ordered clothing from Shein at the end if Nov.2022 and her order was taken up by Buffalo Express and they threatened her that if she doesnt pay R850 within 48hrs they will return her order back.

But as of now she hasn't received her order and also they dont even let her know what's the hold up,its been too long and what's the use of Shein using such *********** couriers?What's the purpose of being threatened to pay up on time but yet they dont deliver on what they're supposed to do?
