Bad service

I am very unsatisfied. I have been struggling over a month to get my package. My package arrived at Buffalo on the 6th of November but I can still not get any feedback on my package.I keep getting emails to say I still need to pay my tax. I have sent multiple emails to different emails. I have tried calling but don't get put through. I have blown up their whatsapp. I don't know what else to do. Do I pay again?
