Bad service

My parcel arrived 18 March 2023 in South Africa from Shein but still I wait for Buffalo International Logistics to deliver my parcel. They keep on sending me emails and phone me for my tax money. I already paid this on the 24 March 2023. I received a email from Buffalo that they received my payment but still they send me emails to pay. Shein must please change there courier to a better one.
