Bad Service

What a disaster! My parcel from an overseas company arrived in SA and I needed to pay an amount for tax before the parcel could be delivered. I paid the amount and provided POP. After querying where my parcel was, I eventually got a response that it had been sent back to the country of origin and that i was to supply some documentation and my bank details for the refund from Buffalo. I did all that on 4th April and I'm still waiting for my money. I'm not even getting responses from them.
