Bad service

I ordered from shein on the 5th of April , paid customs and everything but i still haven't received my parcel even today. On the 14th buffalo forwarded my order to a third party and they still haven't delivered , my order has been left in South Bay 2 and 4 for days. Im very disappointed in buffalo because i always order from them. My tracking number is BUFZA***YQ i want my order😡
