Bad poor service

I am highly disappointed in Buffalo logistic poor delivery service and lacy of communication. I received an sms about my parcel due delivery yesterday. It was not delivered nor a notification about iy being delayed.I somehow found their numbers to enquires, it is not answered. They don't have the customer's interest at heart. They just don't care which is disappointing
