Bad logistics company

Bad logistics company to trust with a my parcel failed to be delivered so many times then after it failed to be delivered I received my package open had a lot of tapes one of my expensive watches was lost on a parcel call them they told me to write an email so that they escalate the situation I did that on the 28th of September 2023 until today I have not get any response about the watch and it’s clear their drivers open our package and they also take some of the items their call centre team they don’t even have an idea on how they run company procedures for lost items no reference numbers for incidents report if you report a incident with them.
