Bad Logistic Service

Since the 05 December 2023, I submitted the return application for SHEIN items, Buffalo is the Logistic that is supposed to take the items back to SHEIN, even today I am still waiting for them to come and pick the items. I am so disappointed. Around the 12 December I called their international office to follow up as to when are they going to send someone to come and collect, I was promised last week. Instead they went into my SHEIN online account and put message that Client not available for collection while they never came, they did not even call me, I am very worried my return period will lapse. My tracking number is BUFEX***YQ
