Bad experience with the logistics

I placed my order on Shein on 24 March 2024 an I waited while it was still prepare until it was shipped. Shein sent me an email informing me that Buffalo logistics will be my delivery company. I paid tax on 26 March which is the same day that they sent me a message asking me to pay it. On 28 March my status changed to "clearance finished". There were no updates until now after 28 March . I contacted shein and they said the problem is with buffalo logistis. When I am calling buffalo logistics they don't answer my calls and they don't reply to my emails .I am still waiting for that parcel even today.
