Bad experience with buffalo logistics company

It’s my first time using buffalo couriers and I am having the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE!!!

I’m in week 3 now and I haven’t received my order BUFZA8XA07997YGYQ They have been telling me I wrote the wrong address and which is incorrect and I have been stating that! I’ve been told my order will arrive in the next 48 hours from Wednesday and when I call again today (02/02/25) I’m told that I will receive my order in the next 48 hours from today!
