Bad Experience

Can you just stop giving parcels to 3rd Party DPD??? You do not answer calls and neither do they. Having horrible experience with you both. As such I will not recommend unless you start answering phones and e-mails from customers.

If you want feedback. Call the HQ in China, they answer phones not like in south africa. Nor do they immediately reply to agent messages in South Africa
