Bad experience

Shein order I orderd-08 April 2024 Paid customs-10 April 2024

Till today I haven't received my order. Whereas my sister who ordered after me and paid her customs on the 12 April has received hers on the 17 April 2024 I'm really disappointed because my parcel was allocated for trip on Wednesday 17 April 2024 and I was told "cosingee not available" after I did not even receive a phone call to clarify anything with me On the 19 April 2024 "Logistics provider's are experiencing a resource shortage" that's after I emailed Shein asking about the whereabouts of my order since I was getting no response from Buffalo logistics. Makes me wonder if I'll even receive my order
