Bad experience

I have been disappointed by this company. You receive a message which says your parcel will be delivered in 48 hours. The next day you receive a message which says it is been dispatched and will be delivered today. When you call, your call is not answered. 15 minutes before they knock off, they send you an automated message which says your parcel will be delivered within 48 hours. I have to reschedule my work plans every two day. What is wrong with the driver because I was also told that my parcel is with the driver. Buffalo international logistics, I am very disappointed by your service and you don't priorities the customers. You only think about you not the customers.
