Bad experience

I have a very bad experience with Buffalo logistics. I ordered my parcel from temu on the 31st of August and I am still waiting for that parcel. Their drivers keep on telling me that they are not allowed to come to my destination with their branded cars. My question is how can they receive my parcel from temu and not be able to deliver it to my address. I am so bored with their poor service.
