Bad Experience

I am experiencing bad service with this courier company, I ordered things from Shein and the delivery date is 13 -14 dec 2022. Nothing has been communicated so far ,their last update on the system was on the 11 dec 2022 which says in transit. I tried to communicate with them on whatsApp however there is no response. When you call both their landlines are either busy or cutting off. This is truly unprofessional. I truly need my parcel to be delivered as I am leaving Cape Town soon.
