Bad delivery driver

Driver complaint:

My SHEIN parcel arrived very quickly in the country, which is amazing!

BUT the driver delivering it was not professional. I even have times. I received a call at 14:22, I told him I was sending someone to collect. 5 minutes later I send a WhatsApp that the person is on the way. 3 minutes after that (14:30,) he phones me, wanting to know where I am, I told him I sent a WhatsApp, he admits he didn't read it. My collector arrives at the gate, at that time, to no one. So after the driver phoned me the 2nd time, he then immediately left. This is 8 minutes after the first call. Then he phones that he will deliver on Monday. During our interactions on the phone, he asks me to buy him cool drink and then he'll owe me. Phone number belongs to a Mr Ledimo. Can't recall the name
