Bad customer service, failure to deliver

At this point I'm honestly drained , I really do not know what to do I placed my shein order with Buffalo logistics on 26 of April , today is the 19 of May and I still haven't received my order, that was supposed to arrive on the 11 of May . I've sent them emails , calls which they do not respond to . I've received a call from them only after I wrote my review on them , and they promised me that my package will be sent on the 15th . I did not receive anything till this day. At this point this thing has been really affecting me mentally because they honestly do not care about their customers complaints as long as they are good , they do not know and care how much this affects their customers . I'm tired shame and I'm honestly drained. I'm thinking of escalating this matter to my lawyers , I need my package
