Bad customer service
I have been waiting on my order that arrived in Cape Town on 29th April with Thirdparty on Tuesday evening I received a call from Buffalo to verify my address and confirm that my parcel will be delivered Thursday. I just contacted them now a lady confirmed the parcel is not out for delivery. I don’t understand how this company works and when I track my package still says failure reason: incomplete address but I confirmed with them the address.

02 May 2024, 22:51Can my order be delivered tomorrow to my address as I have my details ore on my order I never had issues Imile logistics just delivered my order on time with the same address I don’t understand why you have issues with delivery. Please someone need to contact me urgently in the money I want my order.
