Bad Customer Service / Delivery BUF

If it was possible to give a 0 start I would have done so. My parcel is "out on delivery since 13 August. Received a phone call from a driver the evening of the 13th, but he was in a different town for delivery. I phoned him on Thursday morning and was told I will get my parcel on that day - Phoned him on Thursday evening and I was told that they could not do my delivery as it got too late and was told that I will get delivery on Friday the 15th. Monday 18 August and still no delivery, no updates and no communication.
