Bad Customer Service

There was no update on where my parcel was on their tracking site for at least 10 days and when I called them I’m being told that I received an email saying that I should send my ID, proof of payment and order confirmation but I never received such an email (I even checked spam but nothing), the lady told me she’ll ask (whoever) to resend the email and I’m still waiting for that email. Bad customer service and I already paid for the delivery fee. I will never use Buffalo Logistics ever again!!!!! Stay away from them their customer service is just terrible!!!
