Bad customer service

If I could I’d rate it a -10. Bad service, bad customer service agent by the name of Lerato who rudely hung up the call on me after shouting and screaming at me. I’ve been waiting for my parcel. Each time I received a message for my parcel delivery I’m told the drivers were unable to complete their deliveries and I understand unforeseen circumstances happen but this is the 3rd time now waiting. And they won’t let me come pick it up myself.
