Bad customer service

I had the most dissatisfied service from this company... I have made an order with a supplier and the supplier delivered it to Buffalo on the 1/04/2024.Buffalo had asked me to make payment for duty&customs of which I did and even uploaded it on their watsapp link on the 01/04/24.

They sent me a texd saying they have received payment on their bank but i must upload relevent proof of payment for it to update of which I did but up till now that company is still calling me and asking me to pay taces and duty.
