Bad customer service and ********ly withholding package

The poorest service i have ever received.

They delivered me a wrong parcel and i sent the wrong parcel back to the sender as requested by the sender as there is no contact details on the package for the courier.

I then send them the tracking number of the parcel that i have sent back and all of the detail needed after numerous phone calls and messages but still they do not send out my correct parcel that i have paid customs fees for and that they have confirmed they have in their possession.

There telephone service is very poor and you hold on for hours and it costs alot of money they also never reply the email or whatsapp line.

If i dont receive my parcel soon my lawyer will be contacting them because im tired of struggling with this company

They are *******ly keeping my parcel from me without any valid reason.
