BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Pleaae assist. Buffalo sent my parcel to a wrong location and I made them aware of this. They now tell me that they will deliver my parcel tomorrow when I took leave yesterday and today to wait for my parcel. Their workers are so rude and are not willing to help. I keep telling them that there wont be anyone in my house tomorrow but the Katlego lady keeps insisting that they will deliver tomorrow. Can you please asssit I want my parcel today, I paid them already.
