Bad customer service and delivery service

I am disappointed at the customer service or Buffalo Logistics I placed an order on Shein on the 28th of September paid my tax on the 30th of September no form of communication or update on the tracking app seems to show where is my package my status is stuck and nobody seems to care this is the first time I am so frustrated by this courier company Shein should let us choose our own courier services because this is bad my status tracking number is BUFZA6XJ12857FVYQ
