Bad customer service

I'm currently having the worst service from Buffalo logistics , I ordered a shein order it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they later said that the delivery failed I was not at the physical address.Later they say the package has been scanned inbound. I tried reaching out to them on WhatsApp they don't respond , I also tried reaching out with they don't respond . Sad thing is that I really need my order I've been trying to reach out to them they don't respond. Worse courier service company 💔💔
