Bad customer service!!!!

Buffalo logistics is slacking when it comes to customer services. I made an order on Shein on the 28th of March and today it is the 8th of April I still hasn't received my parcel and they are always unavailable when you call them or sometimes it keeps on saying the number "does not exist".. I have a graduation ceremony on the 13th of April and now it seems like I won't be able to attend because my parcel hasn't arrived.. this is so sad honestly!!!
