Bad Customer Service.

Bad service from customer service consultant named Koketso and the driver. 1st the driver **** and said he/she was at my address(workplace) and he tried calling me but no answer and he then registered the Parcel as a return on the same day but at 10am next day he still does not physically return the parcel to DC so it can be allocated to another driver instead he drives around with it causing more delays. I called customer service to inquire but Koketso was not helpful and lacked information.
