Bad customer service

Buffalo logistics offers the worst service for a courier company and they don’t care about your orders. I spent 2k on Temu and paid close to 800 on customs on the 26th of April its the 20th of May i called more than 5 times with no assistance. They keep saying its escalated to finance.
