Bad customer service

I received my items from SHEIN but they were big sizes. I returned them via POSTNET to Buffalo Logistics Kempton Park on 05 September 2022. I've been trying to contact Buffalo but they never responded. I contacted SHEIN and they indicated that they haven't received the items. February 2023 still waiting
