BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please explain to me exactly what is going on with my parcel , I spoke to one of your agents yesterday who promised that my parcel will be delivered

No one came to deliver at my house , note that I work from home , I an home every day , no one called to say they are here , lats time you told me that the drive took a picture of the house , is that how deliveries are being done , you take pictures and leave , do not phone anyone or hoot at the gate ???

The below tracking do not make sense to me , I want my parcel delivered ASAP ,

I was promised delivery in 8 days to a week its now 20 days !!!
