Bad company

I ordered a present for my wife for her birthday on the 1st of December. the parcel was dispatched for delivery on the 22nd of November. The driver identified as Darryn or Darryl Matjila rescheduled the delivery to the 2nd of December. Since then until today the 18th Of December, there has been 5 reschedules and i am still waiting. No response from their emails, WhatsApp number and even chat line. Their office personnel are as rude as hell. This is bad
