Bad communication and planning from Buffalo

on 10Jan I received a message to say my parcel is being delivered on the same day. I called the driver and gave him the times that I am available on the 10th. He said he is not in the area at the times, and we can reschedule for Monday 13 Jan, I confirmed that there will be someone to receive the parcel. When confirming today 13 Jan I am told that he is not doing my area, I called Buffalo and they say I have been rescheduled for tomorrow??????
