Bad Communication and Lying

They gave my order to DPD Laser which did not bring my parcel rather they said *Delivery attempt failed, client not at address* mind you no call was made, no text was sent to say your parcel is outside. I have been using the same address ever since:( whenever you get a chance to choose, don't go for Buffalo.
