Bad communication and bad customer service

The service is really poor if you try to contact them with an inquiry they ignore your emails and Calls, I’ve been trying to get hold of them for a week because they wrote a wrong number on my invoice meaning that the drivers won’t be able to deliver my package because of their negligence. My package is supposed to be delivered this week but I don’t see that happening because of poor communication.
