Bad Buffalo logistics service

This has to be the worst courier service. No customer service or whatever. Bought staff on Temu on the 17th of March, my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 9th of April yet I'm still waiting. Parcel status says failed delivery but no one contacted me. Last time I had to drive 5okm to go and fetch my parcel at Itt in Capetown where they have outsourced services to.
