Bad Buffalo logistic services!!!!

They have the worst service! My package is delayed because I needed to upload documents for custom clearance. I try to upload using the link but it is unclear whether the docs have been submitted or received. I call the support centre, waited 30 mins until I became caller number 1. Once I became caller number 1 the operator says the consultant is unavailable . I redialled 5 times same outcomes.

How do I get help from buffalo, their email system is ****, the whatsapp line is useless and clearly calling is a waste of time. A bunch of ****mers
