Bad Buffalo experience

Buffalo doesn't want to deliver my order, the order was scheduled to be delivered since yesterday on 10/03/2026 until now it hasn't and the driver who's Mr Marlen Klaassn has been holding up my order and what is crazy about these drivers they have the ***** to cancel my order saying that I requested to reschedule my order without even informing me I even called one of the Buffalo representatives yesterday to confirm if my order is correct they said yes now their drivers don't want to drive my location and the thing they are delivering is very important for my wellbeing especially when I need it to drive on the roads. Another thing I hate about Buffalo is that they love taking your money but to do their jobs they are so horrible what kind of courier are they
