Bad Bad Service

The delivery guy was very rude. Firstly he did not greet when i called me, he just said his parked on the main road and i should meet up with him to collect my parcel. He got extremely annoyed with me when i told him im still at work and dropped the call before i could tell him to drop off my parcel at home, the is someone to receive it. Kept on complaining that he is late he knocks off at 16:00. Mind you he called me after 16:00

Called back again to say his at my house and there's no one outside to received the parcel and drops the call again. My daughter complained to me that this guy was very rude with her too.

Its people like this who brings a bad name to the company.

I will name and shame him. True caller states Malesela Papo. Hope the Buffalo will be able to call him into order and learn to respect customers
