BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PHONE MANNERS BUFFALO LOGISTICS

Ordered some lingerie from these website called Shein then was courierd via Buffalo logistics, driver came in my estate and refused to do door to door delivery that i was charged for, I asked him to come up he refused, then called them and explain with the screens hot of me and the drivers conversation..they couldn't careless..i was told the policy was changed and when i asked why not inform us as clients , the dude told me straight away that they not obliged to do so..i then asked how are we to know..he got irritated and told me to give the reff that they already have..and me sending it twice on their WhatsApp..they still avoiding my calls and msg..this company is bad 👎
