Bad Bad Bad Service

Good day

It's been 3 weeks that am still waiting for my parcel for a week now it was just on one place since the 27th of November. I mean like today is the 6th of December and it hasn't change as yet sjoe your service is bad really. How do use sleep at night knowing your services is so bad. You put the date their delivery by the 2nd of December but still waiting. It is not right what you guys is doing. I will just pray for use ...........
