Bad bad bad service

The worst service ever from Buffalo International Logistics. I paid for my duty and VAT on the 26.02.2024 and submitted my proof of payment a day later but to this day I haven't received my parcel that I ordered from @ Shein.com. Every time I call to follow-up in this issue I m being told it's going to be escalated with their finance department but nothing is being done. All they do is to keep calling and asking me to pay the VAT that I ve already paid and uploaded the proof of payment more than 10 times and even sent it to their customer care agents.
