BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!

Horrible company with 0 customer service. For anyone struggling to get their parcels or feedback from this company, lodge a complaint to *** I struggled for a week to get hold of someone at Buffalo to tell me why my package was not being delivered but they do not respond to emails or whatsap and their office nr no longer exist. So today I lodged a complaint to ICASA they send me a mail stating that they have made contact with Buffalo requesting information and that they will revert. I have now been contacted by another courier company who have been instructed to collect the parcel from Buffalo and told that they have just collected and will deliver tomorrow. Seems the only way to get answers is to report them
