Bad at completing delivery & updating customers

I was sent correspondence for customs tax. Paid the duties same day, got acknowledgement of money paid. It's been two weeks now that I'm waiting for my delivery. I understand we had public holidays, however if my parcel was cleared in SA on 31/12/2021, surely by 3rd of 4th of January I should have received delivery or an update thereof. I've contacted them several times - phonecalls into their office, but the line drops as you're on hold, sent several messages via their "quick response whatsapp number"... Still waiting for a reply.
