Bad and worst Service(Lies)

Worst experience ever. I got an sms saying m getting my order on the 13/08/2021 to my suprise my orders were returned due to not getting hold of me. A LIE I DIDN’t even receive a call like they usually did. Now m calling no reply if they did they tell lies. I mean if my order is there why is it so hard to be sent to us. Companies who are dealing with Buffalo must be careful seems are orders are being ****** by them as we are not being given an accurate story.I WANT MY ORDERS OR THE NEXT STEP WILL BE THE OMBUDSMAN FOR COURIER COMPANIES. M sick of this
