BAD AND POOR SERVICE
Very poor and bad service. Lying and making promises they don't keep. Making delivery mistakes and then the customers need to wait longer for parcels to be delivered. Putting phones down in your ear, and not trying to solve the problem or giving a solution. Unacceptable!! Please use IMILE for any SHEIN orders.
