Bad and dishonest business practice

Never came across a business with such poor service. My parcel arrived in the country as shown on there tracking over a month ago The people who work at Buffalo South Africa don't know what they are doing.They don't have no idea about the delivery of my goods.i have made numerous calls and send many emails to them they don't and will not contact you .back.i have now given up Please don't get yourselves in the same situation as me.
