Awful Service - Never Coming Back !!!!!!!!!!!!

When ordering from Lensmart please make sure you pay extra for DHL Logistics to deliver your parcel. Buffalo is the worst logistics company. I ordered from Lensmart on the 28th of February 2025 and the parcel was shipped into the country on the 11th of March 2025. The parcel was then for some reason take to Vaal and (I am based in Sandton ) and then later it was moved back to Kempton Park. Today is the 19th of March and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, I have spoken to Chris, Alicia and Ntombikhona who have not been helpful in this matter as constantly I am the one following up on my order with no feedback. I still have not received my parcel. Lensmart, Shein and Temu better change logistics company's, because I have not ordered from shein out of fear that my parcel will land in the hands of Buffalo Logistics.
